At CitiGolfChroniclessa, we take pride in supplying high-quality aftermarket Citi Golf parts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Customers may return products within 14 Days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must not be damaged, modified, painted, installed, or used
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Any items returned with damage, installation marks, scratches, cracks, or signs of use will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Painted or modified parts
- Installed or used products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Damaged items caused by incorrect installation or misuse
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the incorrect item was supplied.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Incorrectly supplied
- Defective on arrival
- Damaged during delivery
Any delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the packaging and product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or faulty item supplied by us.
We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning items.
